Job Title:

Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial planning and analysis solutions, with expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable and optimized solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their goals and aligning deployment to support strategic outcomes
  • Manage expectations, anticipate risks, and drive high client satisfaction and adoption

Operational Excellence: We're looking for someone who can oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. You'll manage team workload and assignments, ensuring delivery meets quality standards and provides measurable ROI.

Requirements:
  • 8-10+ years of work experience in FP&A, Accounting, or Adaptive Deployments
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Skilled in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning
  • Proven track record managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Certifications: Adaptive Planning certification is a requirement of the role. Candidates must hold and maintain applicable certifications.
