Job Title: Strategic Policy Leader

Role Overview:

This is a high-impact role requiring a mix of creativity, analytical rigor, and strategic thinking to shape regulatory policies.

The individual will act as both a policy analyst and an execution partner to the Chief Regulatory Officer, helping to frame policy narratives, manage external engagement, and guide internal stakeholders on regulatory implications that affect diverse businesses across telecom, digital, financial services, entertainment, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and articulate policy positions across multiple sectors.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze competition, market and regulatory trends & provide strategic updates to support policy advocacy.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, regulatory submissions, and communication strategies to influence key stakeholders.
  • Standardize reporting mechanisms to track regulatory engagements and advocacy outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within Regulatory team and other cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance, Product, Network, Ops, etc.) to ensure alignment of business goals with evolving regulatory priorities.
  • Support the CRO in prioritization, resource planning, and coordination of high-impact projects across multiple business lines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Law, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Strong understanding of telecom, digital, and data policy landscape; international exposure will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
