Job Opportunity: Financial Planning and Analysis

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial and operational KPIs through in-depth analysis and reporting, providing meaningful insights to key business leaders.
  • Partner with global finance teams, operations, and high-level management to steer the business and monitor progress.
  • Develop and maintain analytical models on key operating measures, utilizing advanced Excel functions and techniques.
  • Collaborate with leadership team to formulate medium to long-term financial and strategic plans, including annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management, influencing business decisions and driving cost reductions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills required).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to innovate and communicate complex information effectively.
  • Ability to influence management and make improvements to keep pace with a fast-moving environment.
