We are seeking a fresher with good understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to join our team as an individual contributor in the Business Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) domain.
The ideal candidate will have experience in performing financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and will be able to collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and insights for informed decision-making.
The selected candidate will develop and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management, identify financial trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
In addition, the candidate will support strategic financial planning and analysis initiatives, including budgeting and forecasting revenue and margin, cost management to improve margins, KPIs tracking, business and delivery support, and MSA/SOW review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and insights for informed decision-making.
- Develop and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management.
- Identify financial trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support strategic financial planning and analysis initiatives.
Qualifications:
- CA/MBA with a specialization in Business Finance Management (BFM) or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in the IT industry.
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
