Job Description:

  • This role specializes in financial and operational performance through the development of detailed analysis and reporting, providing valuable insights to key business leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage data analytics on operational metrics.
  • Build and maintain analytical models on key operating measures.
  • Work closely with leadership to formulate medium to long-term financial and strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit heads to build annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop models to project long-term growth and identify impacting business factors.
  • Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
  • Utilize existing tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance.
  • Communicate to senior management the reasons behind product/department performance and results.
  • Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results.
  • Review operations and recommend new productivity or cost-saving initiatives.
  • Prepare and manage data analytics on operational metrics.
  • Build and maintain analytical models on key operating measures.
  • Present analysis and recommendations on client performance, geographic performance, and revenue/pricing success.
  • Support senior management in financial and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare business cases to support new investment, strategic, and other business decisions.
  • Review existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts.
  • Evaluate previous budgets and expenditures to develop and implement future budgets.
  • Communicate results and recommendations to senior management for improvements leading to cost reductions.
  • Provide insights to senior management on financial modeling, forecasts, and profitability.
  • Conduct various ad-hoc financial analytics and projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance.
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset.
