Are you looking for a challenging role that will help you grow professionally? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Representative who will be responsible for delivering improved ATM uptime and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and the capacity to analyze complex data and drive operational efficiency. In addition, they should possess a graduate degree from any stream and have hands-on experience with MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle dedicated teams aligned to specific customers and manage MS services to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Define Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the team and ensure continuous feedback on outlier performers.
  • Engage with customers regularly to understand their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder involvement.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze team performance and track it closely to drive operational efficiency.
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance the quality or efficiency of help desk services.
  • Identify training needs for the team and conduct timely refresher trainings.
  • Ensure internal and customer reports are vetted and delivered without unreasonable interruptions.
  • Lead and manage customer reviews effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree from any stream.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
  • Preferably 5 years of work industry experience in ATM operations.
