Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clearing Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing clearing operations, coordinating with vendors and branches, and ensuring the smooth processing of transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inward and outward cheque verification in vendor systems
  • Coordination with branches and inter-departments for handling queries and settlements
  • Physical cheques checking with HOCDL reports
  • Transfer cheque processing
  • Maintaining daily MIS reports
  • Coordinating with vendors and record management teams
  • Inward and outward returns processing
  • Outward cheque return dispatch and coordination with branches and courier agencies
  • Managing RTOs from courier services
  • IPO ASBA application processing and sign verification
  • Monitoring payee name discrepancies and resolving branch queries
  • Accounting entries in Finacle
Requirements
  • Minimum graduation required
  • Basic knowledge of banking functions
  • Well-versed in office automation tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Speed, accuracy, and proactive thinking in processing clearing transactions
  • High level of commitment and ability to multitask
  • Excellent coordination skills as the position requires interaction with various branches, stakeholders, and within the bank
  • Experience in Finacle and a minimum of two to three years of experience in Finacle is preferred
  • Strong communication skills
