Operations Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operations Team Member to join our organization. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of clearing operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inward and Outward Cheque verification in vendor system.
  • Co-ordination with branches/inter departments and other banks for handling queries and settlements.
  • Physical cheques checking with HOCDL report.
  • Transfer cheque processing.
  • Maintaining daily MIS.
  • Coordinating with Vendor and record management team.
  • Inward & Outward returns processing.
  • Outward cheque return dispatch and coordinating with branch and courier agencies.
  • Managing RTO from courier.
  • IPO ASBA application processing and sign verification.
  • Monitoring payee name differ and resolving branch queries.
  • Accounting entries in Finacle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Graduation required.
  • Basic Knowledge of Banking function.
  • Well Versed with Office Automation Like word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Speed Accuracy & Proactive thinking in the processing of Clearing Transaction.
  • High level of Commitment and be able to Multi task.
  • Excellent coordination skills as the position will need you to interact with Various branches other stakeholders and within the bank.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Finacle.
  • Good communication Skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Ms Office/Excel (V-look up) will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in NI act and CTS guidelines.
  • Able to handle audit and compliance for the Location.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 year experience in operations and should have experience in team handling and vendor agency coordination.
