Job Title: Senior Team Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.\
  • Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts within the team effectively.\
  • Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and areas for improvement.\
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.\
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.\
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.\
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.\
