As a Sales Development Executive at Pikture Associates, you will be responsible for driving new business development, building strong connections, and converting prospects into loyal customers. You will be the key player in identifying opportunities, pitching our services, and generating revenue through strategic partnerships. Your determination, passion for sales, and hustle will be crucial in helping us expand our market reach and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients across various industries
  • Lead Generation: Utilize diverse channels (cold calls, emails, social media, networking events, etc.) to generate qualified leads and build a robust pipeline
  • Client Acquisition: Convert leads into long-term clients by effectively presenting Pikture Associates' value proposition and crafting customized solutions for their needs
  • Relationship Building: Build strong connections with decision-makers and influencers within target companies and industries
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and brand awareness
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations and close deals by addressing customer concerns, outlining terms, and finalizing agreements
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, industry changes, and competitor strategies to provide insights for refining our sales approach
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, providing regular updates and reports on progress

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in software development, IT services, or tech solutions
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
  • Proven Track Record: A strong history of exceeding sales targets and generating new business
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter with a 'hustler' mindset, ready to take initiative and actively seek new business opportunities
  • Problem Solver: Ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with software products, IT services, and digital transformation trends
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients
