Director Strategy and Consulting Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our strategy and consulting efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive risk strategies that align with our business objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a multi-year roadmap for risk initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and market conditions.
  • Establish the organization as a recognized industry leader in risk management by creating compelling narratives and strategic insights.
  • Create a content management framework for high-quality thought leadership content creation, repository management, and delivery through various channels.
  • Serve as custodian of stakeholder governance framework to accelerate execution and drive high-quality outputs.
  • Plan and organize industry events, conferences, and client roundtables to showcase risk capabilities and drive meaningful dialogue.

As a seasoned strategy professional, you will have:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12+ years of strategy development experience at top-tier management consulting firms or equivalent roles at major financial institutions.
  • Advanced degree from a top-tier institution with strong analytical foundation.
  • Deep experience in financial services required, payments industry experience is advantageous.
