Company Overview

Dudhi Industries is a leading manufacturer of advanced composite products including FRP Pultruded Profiles, SMC Panels, Manhole Covers, Cable Trays, and custom-molded FRP/SMC solutions.

Role Summary

Production Supervisors are sought after to manage shop-floor operations across Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on Pultrusion and molding lines.
  2. Ensure compliance with production schedules, standard operating procedures, and quality standards.
  3. Monitor and control production parameters – resin mixing, mold preparation, curing, trimming, and finishing.
  4. Coordinate with the QA/QC department for in-process quality checks and corrective actions.
  5. Maintain production records, logbooks, and shift reports.
  6. Train, guide, and monitor workers/operators to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  7. Implement and maintain 5S and workplace discipline across assigned lines.
  8. Support preventive maintenance planning and raw material requirement reporting.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have a Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, or Production Engineering and experience in FRP manufacturing processes – specifically Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up.

Required skills include technical understanding of composite manufacturing, team handling and shift supervision, problem-solving, and process monitoring.
