Operations Excellence Specialist

This is a leadership role driving operational efficiency and excellence within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Design and implement frameworks to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Strategic Goal Alignment: Drive the development and ongoing management of strategic goal trees to align with organizational objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Operational Insight: Lead and coordinate monthly business reviews ensuring accuracy, relevance, and follow-through of action items.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Prepare data-driven presentations and dashboards for senior leadership to inform decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and key performance indicators.
  • Internal Communications: Manage and execute internal communications including town halls, leadership messages, and updates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in business processes and operations.
  • Metric Tracking: Track and report key metrics related to operational excellence and engagement.

To be successful in this role, you will require an MBA from a reputable institution with a specialization in operations, strategy, or general management, as well as 7-8 years of experience in business operations or program management. Familiarity with tools like Power BI or other dashboarding solutions is also essential.
