Job Description:

The role of the Maintenance Planning Team Lead involves overseeing routine maintenance planning support to integrate activities with Operations, Maintenance, and Technical departments. This position requires coordination with various crafts to ensure seamless execution of non-turnaround routine maintenance work at the site.

The Maintenance Planning Team Lead will provide SME support on planning, estimating, and scheduling for project work executed by Chevron. Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality work packages in compliance with Chevron standards, driving accountability regarding standard planning and estimating tools and practices, and collaborating with site representatives to determine work scope for maintenance teams.

This role demands strong communication skills to integrate schedules into the operating plan and communicate scope progress to customers, stakeholders, and team members. Additionally, the Maintenance Planning Team Lead will proactively support backlog management and develop maintenance resource forecasting.
