Commercial Manager Role

This role involves overseeing the end-to-end finance operations of the office with a focus on the revenue cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Finance Operations:
  • Oversee the overall finance strategy and direction of the office, focusing on optimizing the revenue cycle and improving financial efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts for the office, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track budget performance, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Financial Reporting & Closing:
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial reports.
  • Prepare detailed balance sheet schedules and reconciliations, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
  • MIS, Audit & Compliance:
  • Design and implement comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS) for management decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit closures, maintaining strict adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and group stakeholders for finance-related matters, building strong relationships and fostering effective communication.
  • Provide financial insights and commercial support to leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Perform additional assignments or special projects as directed by senior management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
