Financial Leadership Role

The Finance Director will oversee the organization's overall financial administration, ensuring sound financial management and strategic planning.

This senior role requires a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in budgeting, cost control, financial forecasting, and process optimization.

  • Develop long-term financial plans and strategies to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Monitor and align financial plans with organizational goals and priorities.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

  • Oversight of annual budgets and effective cost control measures to optimize resources.
  • Ensure financial discipline across all departments and projects.

Process Optimization:

  • Streamline financial systems, processes, and reporting mechanisms for efficiency.
  • Introduce automation and digital tools to improve transparency and reduce manual intervention.

Fund Management & Risk Planning:

  • Manage cash flows, investments, and fund utilization to ensure liquidity and sustainability.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Oversee timely and accurate preparation of MIS reports and donor reports.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (CMA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in financial management, administration, or controlling roles.
