Job Description

The People Operations Partner will play a vital role in supporting the Global Team's operational tasks and projects. This position requires an individual with exceptional attention to detail, ability to remain composed, and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing guidance and support to employees and managers with day-to-day people-related queries.
  • Drafting and coordinating all relevant contractual paperwork for new hires and contractors.
  • Maintaining and updating our tech stack, facilitating training or curating resources.
  • Assisting in the moderation of policies, guidelines, systems, and processes to promote best practices within the organization.
  • Ensuring data integrity by verifying the accuracy and consistency of input data and assisting with report creation.
  • Developing and maintaining materials that celebrate employee milestones, such as new hires and anniversaries.
  • Overseeing the company benefits program, including managing the benefits platform, communicating with employees about benefits options, and addressing employee questions or concerns.
  • Timely collection and advice in support of visa immigration requests.
  • Updating HR systems and notifying changes to payroll where relevant.
  • Project work across the People & Talent team.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience working in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong learning agility and adaptability.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and tact.
  • Highly organized with the ability to follow through on projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology to drive organizational processes, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, HRIS, and Recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to make informed decisions on confidential matters and plan and manage complex administrative systems.
