
Cisco Contact Center Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and optimize our contact center operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Cisco systems and a strong background in troubleshooting and system administration.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and configuring Cisco Contact Center solutions, including hardware and software components.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Cisco Contact Center applications is also a key responsibility.
- The role requires monitoring system performance and ensuring high availability of contact center services.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for implementing new features and enhancements.
- Providing technical support and training to end-users and team members is a critical aspect of the role.
- 4-5 years of experience in managing Cisco Contact Center solutions is required.
- Proficiency in Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCE) and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) is necessary.
- A strong understanding of VoIP technologies and protocols such as SIP, H.323, and RTP is essential.
- Experience with Cisco Call Manager and IVR systems is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and VPNs is also required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner is critical.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Cisco certifications related to Contact Center (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are highly valued.
