Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers via various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality service to customers via voice and non-voice channels (email, chat, tickets)
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and transaction-related support
- Process customer transactions, orders, and requests efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fundamental Requirements:
- Korean Language Proficiency: Fluent in Korean (spoken & written) – Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Prior Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is preferred
Tech & Soft Skills:
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Technical Aptitude: Good typing speed and proficiency in handling email, chat, and CRM tools
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- E-commerce/Banking/Technical Support: Experience in e-commerce, banking, or technical support is a plus
- Certification in Korean Language Proficiency: Certification in Korean language proficiency (TOPIK or equivalent) is an advantage
