Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated customer service professional to join our team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for interacting with customers via phone calls to promote our products and services.

Your key responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, explaining our product offerings, and handling sales calls to meet our business goals.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Work experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role in the sales department.
  • Professional certification in sales and marketing (an advantage).
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ongoing problem-solving and decision-making skills.
