Senior AI Innovation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced engineer to drive the design and development of cutting-edge AI solutions, leveraging advanced orchestration frameworks and graph/vector databases.

Responsibilities
  • Design scalable AI systems that integrate with workflow orchestration platforms.
  • BUILD retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using vector similarity search and graph-based reasoning.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to design AI-driven business solutions.
  • Etablsh patterns and reusable frameworks for AI applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Evaluate new AI models, services, and orchestration strategies to accelerate business adoption.
  • Ensure data privacy, compliance, and security across AI workflows and integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Generative AI solution architecture and applied machine learning workflows.
  • Proficiency with orchestration platforms for complex workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of vector databases and embeddings, with hands-on experience using pgvector.
  • Experience in graph databases, ideally Apache AGE, for building knowledge graphs and advanced reasoning.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Understanding of LLM fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, and model deployment strategies.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure is a strong plus.
