Job Title: AI Engineering Leader

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled AI Engineering Leader to drive the architecture and development of our AI-driven platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of our AI-driven platform across public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, subject matter experts (SMEs), and strategic advisors to integrate their knowledge into agentic workflows that enable intelligent, accountable, and automated Autonomous AI Agents actions.
  • Play a founding-level role in driving the architecture and development of the AI Agent Engine, backend APIs, and data pipelines that power our platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years in backend software engineering with 5+ years in Python development.
  • Strong experience in AI/ML system integration, preferably with LLMs, embeddings, and agent-based architectures.
  • Proven track record in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), with deep understanding of cost optimization and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with databases (Neo4j, Pinecone, PostgreSQL) and frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
  • Excellent problem-solving, system design, and debugging skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with MLOps/LLMOps tools, model deployment, monitoring, retraining pipelines.
