You will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the recruitment cycle, driving employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to drive business excellence.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Drive employee engagement through innovative training and performance management programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and other procurement needs.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases.
- Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Process payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances.
- Prepare administrative reports to support management decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in HR and office administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office ,HRMS software, and recruitment portals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
