About the Role:

  • As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project teams by coordinating various activities, including data tracking, document management, planning, and status reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate data collection from the team, consolidating data and providing summary reports for stakeholders without compromising accuracy.
  • Collect information from various tools to update project records, maintain document control, track competency development of the team, and analyze risks.
  • Publish reports on or ahead of time after internal reviews and approvals.
  • Organize meetings and track action items to closure.
  • Candidates should be willing to work rotational shifts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in engineering)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel advanced features, including VBA and formulas.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Service Delivery tools like Service Now is a plus.
