Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating between teams and stakeholders while ensuring seamless project coordination.

Job Description:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with quality standards adhered to.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Facilitate and document project meetings, ensuring follow-ups are tracked.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and key updates to stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Mentor and oversee team members, ensuring their professional growth, training, and on-the-job delivery.
  • Oversee and guide project teams, ensuring effective resource utilization.
  • Evaluate and optimize workflows, making recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of different project components.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience coordinating or managing projects in the IT industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience working with agile software development teams.
  • Strong proofreading/grammar skills for technical documents.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills who values communication, collaboration, and coordination.
  • Proven success as a problem-solver possesses a data-driven yet common sense approach to execution.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
