Job Title:

Senior HR Operations Manager

Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior HR Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition for employees during resignation, retirement, or termination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
  • Oversee payroll inputs, including collection, validation, and processing of data.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and company policies related to operations, offboarding, and payroll.
  • Lead and mentor a small team within HR Operations to drive process improvement, streamline activities, and ensure team members are adequately trained.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of HR operations activities and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digitization.

We are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is required; an MBA or professional HR certification is preferred.
