Financial Analyst Position

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled financial analyst to support financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and automating recurring revenue and expense reports, preparing ad-hoc financial analysis, and partnering with cross-functional teams to design dashboards and data views.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive financial reporting systems.
    • Develop and present in-depth financial analysis to leadership and business partners.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to create actionable insights from financial data.
  • Data Management & Accuracy:
    • Extract, transform, and load financial data from various sources into a centralized repository.
    • Ensure the accuracy of financial data by reconciling discrepancies and resolving classification errors.
    • Implement robust data integrity measures to prevent data inconsistencies.
  • Process & Timeliness:
    • Manage and meet deadlines for recurring financial reporting requirements.
    • Standardize and optimize financial reporting processes to improve efficiency.
    • Support month-end and quarter-end close procedures with timely financial analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ Years' Experience:
    • Strong foundation in financial reporting and analysis.
    • Able to work independently on recurring reporting and ad-hoc requests.
    • Exposure to FP&A or revenue accounting preferred.
  • 5+ Years' Experience:
    • Advanced expertise in FP&A, operational finance, or revenue accounting.
    • Experience leading reporting process improvements and automation initiatives.
    • Strong SQL/database skills for data extraction and analysis.
    • Ability to partner with leadership to provide strategic financial insights.
