Intelligent Agent Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, build, and deploy intelligent agents capable of autonomous decision-making.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying intelligent agents using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK. They will integrate agents with external tools, APIs, and databases, develop workflows for autonomous task execution and error handling, optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and memory management, collaborate with product and engineering teams to align agent capabilities with business goals, and monitor and maintain deployed agents in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
  • Integrate agents with external tools, APIs, and databases.
  • Develop workflows for autonomous task execution and error handling.
  • Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and memory management.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align agent capabilities with business goals.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed agents in production environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
  • Familiarity with agent frameworks and orchestration tools.
  • Experience with API integration, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Understanding of autonomous systems, decision trees, and reinforcement learning (a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Background in machine learning or NLP research.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects.
