We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to lead our accounting team as the Head of Accounting & Compliance. As a key decision-maker, you will play a defining role in building a fast-growing practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of accountants ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Oversee client management and all services provided.
  • Represent the organization to clients and stakeholders as the Head of Accounting.
  • Work closely with senior management on business strategy, client management, and expansion plans.
  • Implement best practices in financial reporting and compliance in line with international standards.
  • Mentor, guide, and train junior accountants.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration with international clients for offshore back-office operations.

Requirements:

  • CPA qualification.
  • Strong expertise in accounting and providing services to international clients.
