Accounts Payable Manager

This is a leadership role within the Accounts Payable team, where you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process from start to finish. You will work closely with the team to ensure that all invoices are processed accurately and on time, and that any discrepancies or issues are resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the AP team in achieving high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • To oversee the processing of all AP invoices, including verifying accuracy and ensuring timely payment.
  • To manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • To identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline processes and reduce costs.
  • To provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of AP software and systems, including Yardi.
