
Training Coordinator

We are seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.
Your primary goal will be to analyze training needs and design relevant modules to support onboarding and continuous learning. You will work closely with Business Heads to identify skill gaps and recommend effective solutions.
In addition to program development, you will deliver training sessions using various channels and ensure content is updated regularly to reflect market changes and product innovations.
You will also collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to align training content with business requirements and compliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A winning mindset and learning attitude.
- Educational Background: Graduate/Postgraduate or Full-time MBA.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales or training.
- NISM VA Certification (can be obtained before joining).
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills, Strong stakeholder management & collaboration skills.
