Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Academic Coordinator to oversee and manage all courses offered by Mind Weavers. The role involves coordinating with students, faculty, and administration to ensure seamless program execution. This is a full-time onsite position at our Calicut office.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee the day-to-day management of courses and training programs.


• Coordinate scheduling, communication, and logistics between students and faculty.


• Manage student registrations, attendance, and progress tracking.


• Assist in preparing and organizing course materials, presentations, and reports.


• Maintain strong relationships with faculty members to ensure smooth delivery of programs.


• Address student queries and provide timely support to enhance learning experiences.


• Ensure academic operations align with Mind Weavers' quality and professional standards.


• Prepare and maintain records using Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Psychology, Education, Management, or related field.


• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Malayalam (mandatory).


• Strong interpersonal and social skills to engage with diverse groups.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Strong organizational and presentation skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
