We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to manage our organizational data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage master data, including creation, updates, deletion, and accuracy.
  • Oversee users, user roles, and access permissions.
  • Evaluate and ensure quality assurance of imported data, collaborating with quality control specialists when necessary.
  • Analyze, commission, and decommission data sets according to established protocols.
  • Process confidential information and maintain adherence to compliance guidelines.
  • Support the development of reports and analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Design and manage the reporting environment, ensuring data security, metadata, and source systems integration.
  • Prioritize and implement new or upgraded software solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Generate comprehensive reports from multiple data sources.
  • Troubleshoot complex reporting database environments and resolve technical issues.
  • Assess changes and updates to production systems and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Provide training to end-users on new reports, dashboards, and analytics tools.
  • Offer expertise in data storage structures, data mining, cleansing, and governance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
  • Professional experience in a similar role or related field with a strong understanding of data management principles.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Capacity to analyze existing systems and databases to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Effective communication skills to translate technical concepts into clear, concise language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale databases, data modeling, and data architecture.
  • Understanding of metadata standards, data governance, and data quality assurance practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present data insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
