Job Opportunity: Data Insight Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned data analyst to drive business intelligence and shape strategic decisions in the BFSI domain. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise to analyze loan and retail banking data, uncovering valuable patterns and trends that inform key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate critical data.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
  • Apply data warehousing concepts to ensure reliable and efficient data structures.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into actionable analytics.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional experience in data analytics.
  • Strong loans/retail banking domain knowledge.
  • Hands-on expertise in SQL (querying, optimization, debugging).
  • Solid understanding of reporting concepts and tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (ETL, schema design, fact/dimension tables, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
