Reporting Data Insights Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Reporting Data Insights Specialist to transform raw data into actionable insights, supporting operational efficiency and business strategy.

This role ensures accurate, timely reporting and provides analysis that drives decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad-hoc analysis using advanced data visualization tools.
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through effective communication and data storytelling.
  • Maintain data accuracy by extracting, cleaning, and validating from multiple systems.
  • Support workforce management with forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Recommend and track process improvements based on data insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and confidentiality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Solid understanding of SQL and ability to query databases.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.
