About the Role

As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be part of a close-knit team working on challenging projects that provide impactful insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and document business requirements.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Work closely with the founding team to support client projects and internal analytics.
  • Identify patterns and trends that can help businesses optimize their operations.
  • Assist in automating data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Communicate findings clearly through reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Some experience with Python for data analysis is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
