About the Role:
We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic individual to support our HR and administrative operations. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment consulting, HR functions, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Draft and post job descriptions on employment portals.
- Provide executive assistance: scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Manage email correspondence and prepare reports.
- Update and manage online presence.
- Provide general office and administrative support as required.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with excellent communication skills and a passion for learning.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with job portals preferred (training provided).
- Interest in digital content and online presence.
