Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to enhance our team's expertise. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in transfer pricing or be a CA fresher with good direct tax experience during articleship and an inclination for transfer pricing.

  • Conduct transfer pricing audits, formulate transfer pricing policies, and compile documentation.
  • Handle domestic transfer pricing assignments, assessments relating to international and domestic transfer pricing, and draft submissions.
  • Provide client liaisoning support and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transfer Pricing Assignments:
  •   • Conduct transfer pricing audits
  •   • Formulate transfer pricing policies including functional analysis & economic search for comparable
  •   • Compile documentation & issue CA certificate (Form 3CEB)
  • Domestic Transfer Pricing Assignments:
  •   • Handle advisory on domestic transfer pricing
  •   • Assist in drafting of submissions, research case laws etc.
  • International & Domestic Transfer Pricing Assessments:
  •   • Handle assessments relating to international & domestic transfer pricing

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in transfer pricing or direct tax experience during articleship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct transfer pricing audits and formulate policies
