Job Title: Sales Operations Business Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Operations Business Systems Specialist to play a key role in our Global Sales Operations team. As a critical member, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing, testing, and implementing Quote-to-Cash applications at scale.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Renewals teams to identify, recommend, implement, and support sales and quoting processes.
  • Develop and demonstrate CPQ prototypes in Salesforce.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for all Salesforce CPQ related processes.
  • Design and implement Product Configuration, Product Attribute-Based Dynamic Pricing, and advanced approval configurations using CPQ Price Rules, Product Rules, Option Constraints, Configuration Attributes, Summary Variables.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in managing and optimizing quote-to-cash processes.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and CPQ platforms.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Logik.
