About the Opportunity

We're seeking a Business Operations Specialist skilled in managing business operations, data analysis, CMS, and cross-functional coordination – while also supporting financial reporting and accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage business operations tasks including CMS handling, data management, and cross-functional coordination to drive efficiency and productivity.
  2. Prepare and share daily revenue and business performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Update accounting data and ensure accurate financial records to maintain transparency and compliance.
  4. Assist in preparing and reconciling financial statements, ledgers, and reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  5. Support in accounts payable/receivable management and payment follow-ups with internal teams to optimize cash flow.
  6. Maintain proper documentation of finance and operations activities to facilitate audits and reviews.
  7. Work with data to track, validate, and improve accuracy in reports and processes to drive continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field to demonstrate relevant knowledge and skills.
  2. 0–2 years of experience in operations and/or finance to develop strong foundations in business operations and financial management.
  3. Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to CMS/ERP tools preferred to leverage technology for business optimization.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex data and drive informed decision-making.
  5. Good communication and organizational abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
