Customer Experience Strategist

The Customer Experience Strategist will oversee the development and implementation of customer-centric experiences across our web and mobile platforms.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Develop and own the roadmap for digital customer experience.
    • Translate business requirements into actionable items and ensure successful delivery.
    • Drive project planning, backlog management, UAT, and production releases.
    • Ensure feature parity and phased rollouts across iOS, Android, iPadOS, and web platforms.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Validate technical feasibility and collaborate with engineering teams to break down requirements.
    • Work with developers on API contracts, secure integrations, and performance optimization.
    • Oversee CI/CD pipelines, app store submissions, and release checklists.
    • Ensure accessibility, SEO, SSR readiness, and PWA optimization.
  • Customer Journey Optimization:
    • Collaborate with design and platform leads to ensure native UI/UX (iOS HIG, Material Design).
    • Embed analytics, crash reporting, funnels, and in-app communication tools.
    • Partner with MarTech to design push campaigns, personalization, and customer journey tracking.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the single point of contact for cross-functional teams on CX delivery.
    • Coordinate regression testing, cross-browser/device testing, and QA cycles.
    • Establish release playbooks, rollback strategies, and incident management protocols.
    • Track KPIs such as app ratings, funnel performance, crash rates, and adoption metrics.

This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, with a focus on delivering seamless and secure customer experiences.
