Job Title: Financial Accountant

We are seeking an experienced financial accountant to join our team. As a financial accountant, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee daily bookkeeping and general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial statements, management information reports, and reconciliations to provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Handle AP and AR processes, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per Indian taxation laws, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Closing Activities: Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.
  • Audit Coordination: Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits, ensuring smooth process execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of accounting/finance experience.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other accounting software, proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, good communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
