Job Overview

A seasoned project leader is required to oversee multiple construction projects, setting benchmarks, aligning resources, tracking progress, and showcasing technology benefits in various infrastructure and building projects across India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Propose alternative construction methods to accelerate delivery, improve productivity, and ensure superior quality and safety.
  • Build a robust network of execution resources, including vendors, mould manufacturers, accessory suppliers, and modern machinery agencies.
  • Align and mobilize execution workforce for production, installation, structural finishing, prestressing/post tensioning to ramp up setup quickly and continually improve the time to peak in project execution.
  • Support in developing capacity utilization of related resources, such as factories, workforce, moulds, and equipment.
  • Manage and build a team of engineers along with flying squads deputed to various sites per project needs. Build cross-functional capability in teams for infrastructure and buildings knowledge and know-how.
  • Manage training needs, safety, and quality responsibilities to build a high-performance execution team known for their expertise.
  • Support in standardization efforts by collecting and analyzing data of wide demands and challenges.
  • Support in building innovative data collection and analysis options using IoT and AI.
