The role of a Communications Consultant is a unique opportunity to craft impactful internal communications that resonate with employees worldwide.

This position champions creativity and collaboration, bringing stories to life through compelling campaigns, visual design, and multimedia messaging.

The ideal candidate will have experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate brand storytelling, with a solid understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual consistency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting campaigns that matter, from ideation to design, execution, and post-campaign measurement
  • Designing visually appealing content using Canva and other design tools
  • Building organizational messaging in the form of videos
  • Supporting leadership with communications touchpoints and employee events
  • Collaborating with HR, Admin, Facilities, L&D, and BU leaders to create unified and strategic messaging

Requirements include:

  • 3-4 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate brand storytelling
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, Corel Draw (or Illustrator), and Adobe Photoshop
  • Solid understanding of brand thinking and visual consistency
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, visual comms, or a related field
