Job Title:

Creative Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Campaign Development: Craft and lead customer-centric creative strategies to enhance brand storytelling, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging digital experiences across websites, social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Translate customer insights, trends, and data into creative concepts that improve conversion rates and retention.

Content Planning & Messaging:

  • Develop messaging frameworks and content strategies that highlight product benefits, promotions, and lifestyle narratives.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetics across campaigns while optimizing for different customer segments.
  • Support personalization efforts and dynamic content strategies to meet diverse shopper needs.

Collaboration & Execution:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams—marketing, product, design, analytics—to align creative outputs with business objectives.
  • Work with agencies and internal teams to oversee campaign execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Provide strategic guidance on creative assets, visuals, storytelling approaches, and customer journeys.

Data-Driven Optimization:

  • Leverage customer behavior data, A/B testing results, and performance metrics to refine creative strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and iterate on campaigns to achieve KPIs such as engagement, click-through rates, and sales.

Industry Expertise:

  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, digital marketing innovations, customer experience enhancements, and competitor strategies.
  • Apply insights from research and analytics to anticipate market shifts and recommend creative adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or brand storytelling, preferably in the e-commerce space.
  • Proven experience developing integrated campaigns that boost customer engagement and drive conversions.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, UX principles, and digital marketing channels.
  • Ability to translate data into creative narratives and actionable strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
