As a seasoned Product Manager, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between various teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Your expertise will be crucial in driving growth and maturity of our SaaS product, and your ability to think creatively will help shape the Product Roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Serve as a subject matter expert within the Product Group and facilitate communication between Product and other business units.">
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX, QA, and Engineering Operations, to deliver new platform features.">
  • Partner with Engineering Scrum Teams to ensure a shared understanding of the future state of the platform and drive scalable architecture.">
  • Capture, manage, and communicate dependencies from application teams.">
  • Create and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure successful feature delivery.">
  • Help shape the platform roadmap, decide on features to build, and determine priority between new features, architectural improvements, and operational efficiencies.">
  • Enable sales, support, and professional services teams on new features as they are released.">

What We're Looking For:

  • ">
  • 3-4+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within the Enterprise software industry.">
  • Proven track record of working closely with multiple teams of engineers/developers.">
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development concepts.">
  • Deep expertise in translating use cases into user stories and domain experience in Enterprise End User Computing, Monitoring, and Experience Management solutions.">
  • Experience migrating an On-Prem Server/Client product to SaaS is an advantage.">
  • Ability to think creatively to solve problems through a customer lens.">
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science would be an asset.">
