About the Role:

 

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Performance Lead to join our team at North India Compressors. As a Sales Performance Lead, you will play a key role in driving business growth and sales performance across various regions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer relationships, and enhance our market presence. You will work closely with our sales teams to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and provide expert technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
  • Partner with our sales teams to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Mentor and provide technical support to sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
  • 3+ years' of sales experience, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
