About the Role:

Precised Talent is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Gwalior. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business prospects in targeted markets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide feedback to management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated sales results and a proven track record of success
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
