Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Content Review team. As a Content Reviewer, you will be responsible for moderating advertisements to ensure they comply with our content guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Moderate content including images, text, audio, and videos to ensure it meets our quality standards.
  • Identify and remove innuendo that could be negative or sexual in nature.
  • Stay up-to-date on global news and trends to moderate ads based on critical events.
  • Identify a wide range of products across various categories.
  • Moderate and audit content, as well as advertiser emails, in English.
  • Use translation features to moderate content in different languages.
  • Review customer feedback, identify recommendations, and implement changes.
  • Meet productivity, precision, and operational metrics consistently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in online advertising.
  • Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level.
