We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team and drive growth by acquiring and managing enterprise and mid-market clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals with complex decision-makers. They will possess strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand and explain technology-driven solutions to non-technical clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients for our SaaS automation platform.
- Build strong relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
- Understand client pain points and present our solution as a tailored automation solution.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, product demos, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve product features and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales (SaaS, CRM, Marketing Automation, or IT solutions preferred).
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and closing large deals.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technology-driven solutions and explain them to non-technical clients.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API, CRM, or automation tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
